Using Loop Arcade
Loop Arcade provides browser games for personal entertainment. You may play the games, share links to their public pages, and use normal browser features to access the site.
Ownership
Unless a game page says otherwise, Loop Arcade's original game code, writing, artwork, branding, and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Playing a game does not transfer ownership or grant permission to resell, mirror, decompile, or redistribute its assets or source.
Fair use of the service
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive traffic, evade technical limits, or use the games in a way that harms other players or the service.
Tips and external platforms
Tips are voluntary support and are not purchases of equity, ownership, or guaranteed future features. Payments and games hosted on third-party platforms are also subject to those providers' terms.
Availability and scores
Games may change, move, or become unavailable. Local scores can be lost when browser data is cleared. Loop Arcade does not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent score storage.
Disclaimer
The site and games are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the arcade adds accounts, advertising, premium features, apps, or licensing. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their new effective date.
