Ready when you are

Build a wild food arsenal, survive the rush through Japan Alley, and defeat Bento King before time runs out.

About the game

Build the recipe. Break the swarm. Beat Bento King.

Snack Swarm drops a chef into Japan Alley for compact auto-firing survival runs. Move through waves of living food, collect XP, and turn weapons and passives into Recipe Links, Evolutions, and Unions. Quick Rush gives you three minutes to prepare for Bento King, while clearing it unlocks the ten-minute Full Service mode and a deeper build. Progress, unlocks, sound settings, and best runs stay in the current browser.

How to play

  1. Move with WASD or the arrow keys. On touch devices, drag anywhere on the playfield.
  2. Let your weapons fire automatically while you collect XP and avoid the swarm.
  3. Choose weapons and passives when you level up, then match partners to activate Recipe Links.
  4. Master linked ingredients and open treasure to create stronger Evolutions and Unions.
  5. Defeat Bento King before the selected run timer expires.
  6. Press Escape or Space to pause. On touch devices, use the on-screen pause button.

Play better

  • Keep moving and create an escape lane before the screen fills.
  • Build around compatible weapons and passives instead of spreading upgrades too thin.
  • Save a safe route to treasure when a recipe is ready to evolve.
  • Clear Quick Rush to unlock the longer Full Service mode.
